In the position of EMEA Sales Manager you will actively approach existing contacts and open new channels and prospects. You will become our sales expert and have an eye for identifying new business based on trends and will collect and analyze market information to further develop the licensing businesses of DECODED in Europe.

Your profile:

• A proven sales professional with decent experience in a similar sales role
• A real relationship builder
• Experience in the lifestyle industry
• You are a pro-active teamplayer with the ability to work under own initiative and the ability to push ideas
• Strong personal drive and the power to want to achieve
• Ambitious and result driven to walk the extra mile
• Excellent communications skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Written and spoken fluency in English
• Currently based in The Netherlands

We expect:

• You will improve existing customer relationships and gain new customers with your in-depth knowledge of our product and our brand on international level
• You will be first point of contact to all customers
• You will create online and retail activation plans
• You work closely with the Brand Creative to translate our International marketing campaigns into sales actions
• You will organise relevant trade fairs together with the team
• You are a clear and enthousiastic presenter to train our key partners
• Expand the Decoded global brand awareness
