Vacature FP&A Manager

As our new FP&A Manager, you will be the primary contact and business partner contact to several Group VP's responsible for a functional area (e.g. Strategy, business transformation and innovation). You will help support investment and portfolio choices by providing relevant financial analysis .
You will be involved in strategic decision making by providing insights and making recommendations. Furthermore, you will be in charge of various projects that are happening within the functional areas that you support; Next to that you support the planning and analysis process.
You will be part of a team of that consists out of eight people in a supportive and people oriented environment. As an FP&A Manager you are the business partner where you provide value adding support to your stakeholders without direct reports.
This position is based at our Head Office in Wormerveer (Greater Amsterdam Region) and reports to the Global FP&A Lead.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Planning and Forecasting, evaluate performance and initiate corrective actions and ensure organizational effectiveness
Who are you?
- You have an educational background in Finance with a minimum of 5 years finance experience
- Of that work experience you have 2 years of experience in a medior or senior role, preferably in the B2B Food / FMCG industry
You bring the following competences:
You have the ability to lead and drive change & ensure delivery across all levels of the organization. You consider yourself a leader who feels comfortable operating with senior management level. You are used to delivering in tight deadlines and you have a high work standards and a sense of integrity. You communicate in a political manner, and your interpersonal and influencing skills are strong.
You are commercially oriented & focused and have experience of dealing with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain. Also you would consider yourself a team player, who maintains and develops peer to peer relationships.
