As the Human Resources Officer you execute tasks independently and are supportive to the Human Resources Department on a broader scale. Your most important responsibility is the complete execution of the employee administration for the Dutch locations including our Bose stores. Next to that you will assist with coordinating and secretarial tasks on recruitment, training & development, management support, execution of policies, etc. The Human Resources Officers able and eager to pick up vacancies her/himself when needed and in cooperation with the Human Resources Manager. You identify internal and external developments and changes and are willing to advice the Human Resources Manager pro-actively on solutions and or adjustments. You are the first point of contact for managers and employees.
As Head Health & Safety you are responsible for a well-organized and updated Health & Safety policy according to the Dutch legislation, and you act as the Bose Prevention manager and support managers.

- Bachelor degree in HR:
- Minimum 3-5 year of working experience in a similar HR function in an international environment
- Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing
- Knowledge of Dutch labor law and recent developments
- Knowledge of Workday is an asset
