At our Headquarters in Heerlen (NL) / Aachen (GE), we are looking for an:
Internal Sales Representative Germany
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team in Germany and are you the expert of our product portfolio. You will be part of the Internal Sales Team, located in the Netherlands (Heerlen/Aachen) and you will report to the Sales Manager of Germany.
- Support our sales organization in Germany;
- Organize and manage the sales order process, from offer to invoice;
- Maintain all customer contacts, including direct contact with C customers and other defined customers;
- Maintain and update customer data;
- Strategically identify contacts for lead generation, support market research, cold calling and identification of potential (new) customers;
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies;
- Support in the process of tenders;
- Support in reporting and analysis of sales developments and market trends;
- Develop and implement appropriate measures to achieve planned revenue and sales targets within the area;
- Assist with marketing promotions and activities;
- Log and coordinate inquiries and complaints;
- Support the account managers and product specialists in the sales process.

- Bachelor’s degree is an advantage;
- Fluently in German is essential (both verbal and written);
- A reasonable spoken and written proficiency in Dutch and English is essential;
- Several years of relevant work experience;
- Strong commercial (telephone) skills;
- Strong customer orientation;
- High energy level combined with a keen desire to learn and grow;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment and work under pressure;
- High level of accuracy, structured and a systematic way of working with attention to details;
- Pro-active team player and a strong sense of responsibility.
- 29 vacation days based on full time;
- Travel allowance of €0,19 per kilometre with a maximum of €150,- per month;
