Numidia BV is a young and dynamic company, specialized in international trade of food ingredients. The company is located in Roermond, The Netherlands, but the field of work is worldwide. With our partner we are setting up an office around Emmen for which we have this vacancy. Our clients, suppliers and long term partners can be found on every continent, with a special focus on the Middle East, Africa, South East Asia and Europe.
Our current international team exists of young enthusiastic professionals with a high level of entrepreneurial skills. We expect all members of the team to be involved and take initiative in order to improve our company.
Due to our continuous fast growth we are expanding our commercial team, therefore we are currently looking for a:
Junior sales manager
(HBO/WO talent with business instinct)
After a solid training on the job where you will get acquainted with the market, clients and products, you will get involved in the sales of ingredients. You will be in contact with clients, suppliers and partner companies to develop business from a techno commercial angle. You are able to think with the client towards solutions and understand the application of the ingredients in the production process. You will carry out customer projects and develop specific solutions for clients together with our suppliers. You will be expected to set up stable business, think in solutions and get the business done. International travel will become part of the job over time as and whe you grow in the organization. You report to the director.
You are a talent with commercial aspirations, a food engineering degree is a pre. You are a self-starter, willing master the topic, have natural drive and enjoy the challenge of moving in a dynamic, international environment. You have a flexible attitude, given the variety of time zones and cultures you will work with and master English. German, Spanish and French are a pre. On the personal level, you are result oriented and have a high personal drive. You act independently, but are also dedicated team player and have good skills of networking. Since you will be working closely with customers it is important that you have an outgoing personality, are service minded, and understands the client’s needs. You are curious, enthusiastic, pragmatic and are able to build long term relations. Reading and networking to build up to date knowledge is a must.

The salary is on market level including a yearly bonus in case of a positive company result.
