HGG Global Marketing
Marketing has a major influence on our global performance and results and forms an integral part with Product Management. You will be responsible for our Corporate Identity and the branding of HGG and its products (existing and new).
In its market approach, HGG distinguishes 4 different regions worldwide. These regions are responsible for their local market approach under support and guidance of HQ Marketing. You will responsible for executing the Corporate Marketing strategy, all European marketing activities and the support to the other regions.
You will work in a team with our Online Marketeer and in close cooperation with Product Management. Furthermore you have a team of regional marketeers to complete our global marketing approach. We work in a dynamic informal atmosphere with plenty of room for personal initiative.
As B2B Marketeer you will be expected to develop and implement marketing and communications plans focused on the achievement of commercial targets. You are responsible for branding initiatives of HGG and its products (existing and new) as well as developing, planning and carrying out global media campaigns. You will work in close coordination with and guide the regional offices in various marketing activities.
You are responsible for the operational marketing of the EU region, including organizing seminars, trade shows and User Days. You play a significant part in creating offline corporate items such as a company brochure and presentation. You conceive and create customer case stories and videos in cooperation with Product Management.
You have a good oral and written command of the Dutch and English language.You must be able to communicate with people of all levels and cultures.You do not think in terms of problems but challenges and have a flexible disposition.You are pro-active and analytical in your approach to work.You are an independent jack-of-all-trades.You have the passion and drive to deliver innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
You should be educated to HBO/ University level and have approximately three to five years experience in a similar function. You should have extensive experience with international B2B Marketing (both online and offline) such as websites, SEM, content management, online media, new media, events, brochures and press releases. A background in marketing of capital intensive goods as well as technical affinity would be an advantage.
